Coming right at us – Vancouver Squeezebox Circle accordion drop-in and song sharing: The Next Edition.
Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 7-9 pm is located at their now regular location: the Longhouse Church 2595 Franklin (corner of Penticton), East Vancouver – lots of free parking! Everyone is welcome – accordion players of all genres, all ages, all skill levels. But also people with other instruments or even ‘lurkers’ who just want to watch. Musicians sit in a circle and take turns sharing songs. Folks who came to last month’s Circle have proposed a list of songs to play – but you can also pick something else from their music library on our website – squeezeboxcircle.org or bring a song of your own – bring copies if you want folks to play along. If you don’t want to share a song, that’s okay too.
