On April 16, 2011, the Washington Metropolitan Accordion Society (WMAS) sponsored a festive dinner dance at the lovely Marco Polo Italian Restaurant in Vienna, Virginia to mark the club’s 8th anniversary. Two of the club’s all-time favorites, the celebrated accordion duet team of Dominic Karcic and Ray Oreggia, known for their gorgeous Valtaro Musette Italian dance music, were brought in for this special occasion.

Over one hundred club members and locals “celebrated the accordion” with great food, singing, dancing and camaraderie.
