The Central Texas Accordion Association restarts in-person club meetings in on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 7:PM. The previous host site, Casa Chapala Mexican Cuisine & Tequila Bar, has graciously agreed to host their meetings once again. The location is the private room at Casa Chapala (9041 Research Blvd., Austin, TX, 78758; NE corner of US 183 and Burnet Rd.). Wear your mask to enter the restaurant, as the mandate will still be in place locally. Come on back to the room, where there will br “open mic” all evening this time around. There will be a few announcements at the beginning, but no real “business meeting.”

We hope to see you all there! Remember to bring your accordion (or your favorite musical instrument, there’s room for all) and join in the fun.

Looking ahead to May 2021, Dr. Mike Middleton has graciously agreed to be the evening’s entertainer on Monday, May 22, 2021 with Open Mic to follow.

The Central Texas Accordion Association meets the last Monday of each month (except June and the month of December) at Casa Chapala 9041 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx at 7:30 pm.
CTAA was organized in January of 1992, by a number of local musicians, and has been in operation ever since.

CTAA is devoted solely to the furtherance of accordion performance, instruction, understanding, and enjoyment. Visitors are welcome at the meetings. You do not have to own or play an accordion to become a member.

Dues are $20.00/year for a single member
$30.00/year for a family membership .
