Cody is cast in an instrumental/vocal group called The Goodwell Family. The show is exactly what it sounds like….a reproduction of an old radio show featuring gospel music acts. There are 70 people in the cast, broken into three instrumental/vocal groups, three male quartets, three women’s vocal groups, three children’s groups, and 4 featured solo/duo acts. There is one of each type of group in each show, so no two shows will be the same.
The mission of Servant Stage is to put together quality shows that they take on the road locally in Lancaster County to various churches, retirement communities, and select other venues. By taking the show to retirement communities, they provide fantastic shows to folks who would not be able to go to a local theater.
By running the show for free at local venues, they provide an opportunity for families who may not be able to afford tickets to some of the local theaters to see a live show.
