Accordion duo, Elena and Gregory Fainshtein, entertained all from their home in Texas on Saturday, April 18 and 25, 2020. The programs were lively and included many well known selections from around the world. Elena and Gregory are enthusiastic performers and will make you want to get up and dance! They will present another Facebook Live concert on May 2, 2020 at 1:PM CDT.

Elena and Gregory Fainshtein, a husband and wife accordion duo, have travelled the world both professionally and personally and now reside in the Dallas, Texas area. Both Elena and Gregory graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music in the former USSR and are classically trained. Their life journey has taken them from the former USSR to the State of Israel before settling here in the USA.

Throughout their lives, they’ve learned different languages and met a variety of people, but the one constant that remains, according to the happy couple, is the music they have developed with each other. Both Elena and Gregory like to explore new genres and expand their musical vocabulary from year to year. Elena and Gregory have been active performing in various accordion gatherings and conventions over many years. They are well known in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where Elena has her own music studio and teaches on Skype.

Elena and Gregory are always cheerful and happy to share their talents. They suggest sending a donation to the CDC Foundation to help hospital staffs continue their fight against Covid-19. They will present their 3rd Charity Together Accordion Duo virtual concert on May 2, 2020 at 1:PM, CDT on their FB page.
