Emilio Magnotta to Perform for the Long Island Accordion Alliance

La Villini Restaurant of East Northport, NY is sponsoring the next meeting of the Long Island Accordion Alliance (LIAA) on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 6:PM. The featured guest artist will be Emilio Magnotta.
The LIAA, celebrating their seventh year, promises an evening of fun and wonderful music.

Emilio Magnotta, founder of Emilio Accordions is a professional player of piano and diatonic accordions who understands the demands and expectations of accordion players. Emilio Magnotta lives and breathes accordions.
Emilio began accordion lessons at the age of 5 after becoming captivated by accordions as a toddler. His mother recognized his talents and sought out the best instructors. Emilio has been privileged to study with accordion maestro Cliff Scholl, as well as coaching from Carmen Carrozza and Mario Tacca. An admirer of the greats, Emilio has framed photographs of the classic accordion players in his shop and memorabilia he treasures.
Emilio performs professionally in the NY-metro region and is sought-after for events, such as performing at the Intrepid Sea & Air Museum in NY, Gracie Mansion, Bryant Park, United Nations, as well as weddings and major events. Emilio is a proud member of the American Accordionists’ Association and Connecticut Accordionists’ Association. He also sells and repairs accordions in White Plains, New York.
Emilio said, “I am basically living and breathing the accordion seven days a week. It is part of me and my life. My dream is to have my beautiful little daughter Emilia to follow in daddy’s foot steps. My love, my passion, my accordion.”
