Ksenija Sidorova will perform “Prophecy” with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paavo Järvi from April 2 – 4, 2026.. “Prophecy” is a one-movement accordion concerto exploring the tradition of clairvoyance in various cultures by Estonian composer (and progressive rock veteran) Erkki-Sven Tüür.

Ksenija Sidorova is a Latvian classical accordionist, renowned as one of the world’s leading ambassadors for the accordion and recognized for her expressive performances and impressive virtuosity.

She completed her studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London under Owen Murray, graduating with distinction and earning several prestigious awards, including the Philharmonia Orchestra’s Martin Musical Scholarship and the Worshipful Company of Musicians Silver Medal.
