The Will Holshouser Trio members are Ron Horton (trumpet), Dave Phillips (bass), Will Holshouser, (accordion) with special guest Anna Holshouser-Belden (violin).

Accordionist and composer Will Holshouser’s long-standing trio has a special chemistry all their own. Trumpeter Ron Horton and bassist Dave Phillips bring their rich sounds and energetic improvising to the table; Will’s compositions combine influences from jazz, folk and chamber music.

They have made three albums for the Portuguese label Clean Feed and toured in several countries. Special guest Anna Holshouser-Belden (Will’s daughter!) will join them on violin for three selections.

This will be a community concert in a cozy, wooden church with beautiful acoustics; kids and families are welcome. Will shares, “ My own music is a cross between jazz, folk, chamber music and improvisation.”
